Services Description

Justine Neo provides energy healing services including but not limited to:

• Remote healing sessions via Zoom or phone
• In-person healing sessions in London area
• Follow-up integration sessions
• Spiritual guidance and support

Important Medical Disclaimer

Energy healing services are complementary and alternative practices that are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. These services should not replace conventional medical care.

You should:

• Consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any energy healing program
• Continue any prescribed medications and treatments
• Seek immediate medical attention for any medical emergencies
• Inform your healthcare provider about any complementary healing practices you are using

Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is processed through Stripe and is required to secure your appointment.

Sliding Scale Pricing

We offer sliding scale pricing to make healing accessible. The suggested amounts are:

• Remote Healing (60 min): £250 suggested
• In-Person Healing (60 min): £250 suggested
• In-Person Healing (90 min): £375 suggested

Contributions above the suggested amount help sponsor sessions for those with limited means.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid cancellation fees.

• More than 24 hours: Full refund or reschedule at no charge
• Less than 24 hours: 50% fee applies
• No-show: Full fee applies

Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your health and circumstances
• Arrive on time for your scheduled sessions
• Maintain confidentiality about other clients you may encounter
• Create a quiet, undisturbed environment for remote sessions
• Take responsibility for your own healing journey

Practitioner Responsibilities

As your practitioner, I commit to:

• Maintain professional boundaries and ethics
• Protect your privacy and confidentiality
• Provide services with integrity and compassion
• Respect your autonomy and choices
• Refer you to appropriate healthcare professionals when needed

Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where you have given explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Justine Neo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Justine Neo and is protected by copyright laws.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms
